Mines a Urei 1601s & i absolutely love it! Bigsmile

http://www.ureidj.com/product_1601S.aspx

Loaded with features including 24-bit sampler & it got awesome reviews in all the mags...

http://www.ureidj.com/support_demos.aspx

So value for money - how much was it?

NOTHING coz i won it (along with a pair of £170 headphones) Mr. Green

http://www.ureidj.com/news_article.aspx?id=92

but to be fair, i did already own an identical mixer & they were retailing at £500+ then (although i only paid £300) Wink

http://www.ureidj.com/users_fusers_details.aspx?id=3

Btw you can now pick the 1601s up for between £250 - 300 (& the basic 1601 without sampler is much cheaper still) & i would definately recommend checking them out! Cool

For the price UMX is very responsive - their faders are great.

Certainly Baz's Urei is extremely responsive and a great mixer - little features like no central click on the bass/mid/hi knobs I don't like so much tho as I'm a right knob twiddler and like to keep my bearings

Rane all the way baby for the professional no nonsense biz tho - I gonna get writing to Santa or summin
