VINKALMANN / Broken Pudding



I've been playing mainly progressive house for most of my DJ career. Out here in San Francisco break beat is king. I resisted for as long as I could, but the recent drought in quality progressive house tracks (at least the type of tracks I was looking for) gave me a push towards the dark side. I generally try to stay away from mixing all "in your face" tracks, but made an exception this time.

This is a studio mix made with Ableton Live. This mix uses a lot of my favorite new effect, PSP Audio's Nitro. (www.pspaudioware.com). So much to do with this plugin and so little time. It's confusing as hell initially, but there's a lot to be done with this guy.

The mix originally aired on Frisky Radio for the show FEEL's two year anniversary. Consider yourself lucky if you have a nice sub woofer to play this on.
