SPACE ROCK :: THE REMIXES

FURIOUS RECORDS
Cat: FR-015
NEW ON BEATPORT - https://www.beatport.com/en-US/html/content/release/detail/95955/space_rock_the_remixes

It’s a new year and the first Furious offering of 2008 has a flavour for everyone. D-Region’s scorching Space Rock single from last year (which spent multiple weeks on the Beatport Top 100 download charts) has been remixed 4 times over into multiple new genres.

First, DJ Code (Sketch & Code) comes with a sub-pounding drum n bass mix. Big kick build ups and crushing bass samples make this mix one for the jump up crowd. This mix has been in rotation on Kool FM, Origin, Eruption, Drum n Bass Worldwide and Pyrotechnic Radio.

Following right behind is Furious newcomer Division By Zero (aka DBZ) with a second drum n bass remix. This one is an ultra-modern grimy drum n bass interpretation. DBZ fuses proper 2008 tech step beats with some wicked synth stabs and a dirty bass line.

Next up is the hidden treasure of the pack. On the third cut is Toronto’s Rick Toxic who delivers a stellar, spaced out, 4-on-the-floor house remix. This is the first time Furious Records has released a house remix. Superb production, amazing synth layering, a pounding drum beat and a totally fresh spin on the original Space Rock samples makes this track well rounded and a killer for the club circuit. Check it!!

Rounding out the pack is Justin Case dropping a smooth and subtle dubstep mix.

Keep an eye out for D-Region & Division By Zero’s brand new Camden Town Funk EP coming soon.
