if everyone in the UK were to give up smoking, the NHS would go bust in a week.... however...

i have voted yes as i agree with the ban, as a smoker myself, i do not want my habit to infringe on others health and second hand smoke bizzarly contains twice the evilness than first hand smoke.

i am happy to just smoke in my home and car, i understand that when you are out on the lash you want a fag to go with it, but cigarettes kill and the harder they make it for me the more likely i am to give up eventually.

Yeah but its alright saying that,easier said then done.

They shouldnt just ban it because they dont like it,if they didnt like it why the hell didnt they ban it years ago??

Like i said before, in all the years people have been smoking in areas where they want to ban now, it hasnt done anyone any harm has it?

well Kay, many years ago, the government said smoking was good for your health and actually encouraged people to start!

perhaps more help with smoking cessation is required since the lovely government have changed their minds ...as they so often do bless them! They have made some effort to push forward their campaign for stopping smoking, but it's half arsed... as usual the poor dears!

too be honest, when i see a tarred up blackened lung i fancy a fag.... that is BAD!
