I SEEM TO LIKE SCRATCHIN' DURIN' MY MIXES. DON'T DO IT AS MUCH LATELY BECAUSE I'VE GOT BETTER AT IT. I KNOW, DOESN'T MAKE SENSE BUT I USED TO DO IT TOO MUCH. JUST WANTED SOME FEEDBACK FROM SOME OF THE MORE EXPERIENCED DJ'S OUT THERE. WHAT ARE GUYS THOUGHTS ON SCRATCHIN'? I UNDERSTAND EVERYONE HAS THERE OWN STYLE BUT JUST A LITTLE CONVERSATION BIT. MUCH LOVE TO ALL THE DNB FANS OUT THERE. MUSIC DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER.

I cant scratch at all, I rate the few Djs that do it and pull it off, especially with hip hop, but also those with drum and bass. If it doesn't sound like a mess then I have no probs with it.

Yeah, I think its one of those things that sounds good in moderation. A good scratch DJ will know when to stop and like Ragman says, as long as it souinds tidy then it's all good. There are a lot of DJs that try to scratch but only very few can do it well - thats why I don't bother lol |

Scratching is the bomb, but much harder when doing it 2 D&B,I've always loved all forms of scratching on any tune it brings more life to the record and shows off your skills more, myself can only do a little |
