Well, first of all, convert the temperature from degrees Celcius to kelvin (K), (which is another unit of temperature where 0K is absolute zero - a complete absence of energy).

To convert °C to kelvin, you just add 273.15

0°C = 273.15K

so, if you halve 273.15 you get 136.575 and:

136.575K = -136.575°C (obvious)

So, the answer to the question is f**king cold (-136.575°C)

I wouldn't want to be outside in shorts and T-shirt Mr. Green

I knew A' Level physics would come in handy one day lol

surley this has to be wrong. because u have turned Oc to kelvin which is 273.15 then its twice as cold tomorow so you halved it = 136.575K so the answer would be 136.575K not 136.575"C (if "C - 273.15k then how can 136.575k equal the same in - celcus

if you then convert it back to "c then the answer would still be zero

please have a close look at this ppl. im not 100% sure but i think overload may be wrong

It is right, if you think about it, 136.575K is minus 136.575°C - I suspect you missed the - when you read it

Because you always take away 273.15 from K to get C

136.575 - 273.15 = -136.575

overload is right. a unit of celcius is equal to a unit of kelvin and the maths are correct.
