Living near a mobile phone mast will not give you cancer. Your own mobile phone gives you a far greater dose of electromagnetic radiation than a nearby mast. It emits even more radiation if the mast is further away. Even then, your mobile phone will not give you cancer.
Regular, heavy smoking is likely to give you cancer. Sharing a moderately-ventilated room for a few hours with someone smoking will not give you cancer.

Caffeine is a drug. Chocolate is a drug. Alcohol is a drug. Cannabis is a drug. Some drugs are legal, some are not. Some drugs are relatively safe, some are not. Legal drugs are not necessarily safe. Illegal drugs are not necessarily unsafe.
Genetically modified foods are not necessarily bad for your health. Organic foods are not necessarily good for your health.

Gordon Brown is not Tony Blair. David Cameron is not Margret Thatcher. Tony Blair is not Karl Marx. ALL politicians lie. ALL media and news outlets are biased in one way or another.

Oil companies want you to believe there is no global warming. Solar panel manufacturers and bus companies want you to believe there is global warming.
ANY adverts are not a reliable source of factual information. Switching off your TV at the wall and cycling to work will not stop global warming. Preventing all CO2 emissions from the UK will not stop global warming.
Public transport is not necessarily better for the environment than private transport.

On the 7th July 2005, more people died on the roads in Britain than in the London tube bombings.
To try and prevent events like the bombings from happening again, the government has infringed on the principle of innocence until proven guilt, reduced free speech, removed the right to public trial by jury, introduced national vehicle tracking by ANPR cameras, introduced personal tracking by facial recognition cameras, tapped hundreds of telephones, shot a Brazilian electrician multiple times until dead, erected concrete barriers around government buildings, imprisoned scores of people without charge, spent £billions on conflict in the middle east, and continually broadcasted propoganda at the nation.
To try and prevent road deaths, the government has reduced the numbers of traffic police whilst reducing speed limits in the areas where they are least needed, and erected some speed cameras.
By the way, more people die in Britain due to medical errors than on the roads.

Doing 120mph on a motorway is not necessarily dangerous. Doing 35mph in a 40mph limit is not necessarily safe.

You are more likely to die on your way to the shop to buy a lottery ticket than you are to win the jackpot. From this we can deduce that the lottery has killed more people than it has made millionaires. Think about this the next time you are setting off to buy your ticket.

We are not talking about drugs. The definition of drug is that it´s a medicine, a chemical substance that affects the processes of the mind or body.

What you mean, Martin, is the intoxicant - for getting high, which i do not embrace.

Wicked thread. I changed IntoxiCUNT to Intoxicant as I thought is was a spelling error, before I read what everyone posted about it lol. Change back if it was intention
