Right then

It's staying as it is:

When the UK is on GMT - UK Bass will be on GMT

When the UK is on BST - UK Bass will be on BST

It's too confusing and often invonvenient to ask the DJs to change the time of their slots every 6 months. Some of them might work certain hours and moving their time slot by an hour would mean they can't do their set.

The rest of the UK goes by the current official time so we will.

Its implemented in GMT, that you do your summer/winter-time 1h forward/rewind in every timezone, so infact you are still playing by GMT +0000, just with your "summertime forward" +1h.

or am i getting it wrong? Confused

You're getting it wrong - GMT is fixed and is ALWAYS the same - UK time changes between GMT and GMT+1 depending on the time of year.

lol your summer/winter-time system is funny...
do you always write GMT summer/wintertime oficially?

Its just, you write it, like you are in the central Europe timezone when you write "GMT +0100"(Paris, Copenhagen, Berlin, etc) and that might confuse some listeners from different timezones. UK GMT will ALLWAYS be GMT +0000. I dunno if you catch my drift Smile

If you want to write it with BST it would be BST in the summer time, and BST -0100 in the winter time?

but nvm, i know the schedule and when the DJ's play, it was just to help new users from outside your timezone Smile

Funny thought (am joking about this):
do you go around all year with fx wintertime installed on your clock and when its summertime you still have it on wintertime and have to do the +1h math every time you look at your clock in the summer?? Laughing Very Happy Very Happy

i really stirred in the pot with this thread Laughing

cheers Very Happy

nvm.... you're right....
It's because of summertime, just thought it wasn't accounted for in gmt since the time goes +1 everywhere. and then evens out again.

wiki ftw!
