Tips to ensure that the email doesnt get flagges as spam:

Never use ALL CALPS
Try to limit the amount of slang in your post - use reasonably good English.
Don't S.P.A.C.E out your words, don't put str@nge |etters 0r characters into your emails

IMPORTANT:
When using images, instead of using the [img] tag, use [img2]

eg

[img2]http://your-image-url[/img2] - this will stop the image from displaying twice ;)
