so how did you get your dj\mc name?

mines just a nickname a mate made up for me before i was a dj cause i lend out to many things and stuff there for i am a star and my surname is gwyn

i met manifest from hardware a few years ago and we were talkin bout dj names, he said he jus looked thru a dictionary...so i looked up manifest in the dictionary and mantra was on the same page...thought it sounded ok lol

i lived for a short time up in the himalaya's on the border of india/tibet. Kinnaur Kalaish is a mountain up there and to hindu's and hippies is meant to be the mythical winter abode of lord shiva . i used to wake up to the view of the mountain each morning......mmmm memories.......

got mine while talkin bou wiley making eski beats and people gettin merced up then the pahrase "makin mercy beatz" came out of that

i used to chat occasionally for a laugh at school and got into then decided to run a charity mc battle stall at my school to get the day off!

needed an mc name and thought of mercy beatz so why no mercy boy or just mercy?

Mindset means to be positive towards a situation. The music makes me feel positive. I was sat in the blazing sun on a pier in Corfu and my mate was talking about his job. He said the word 'mindset' during a sentence which sounded amazing. I just knew at that very moment that I had to use the name! Also there is a play on words, a 'set' for your 'mind'.

when i was a lickle boy i was mc romeo, then so solid made it and i had to change for obvious reasons....

i dabbled with romeo b but that sounded like i was second to romeo, (B after A, second best kinda thing)

so i used frenzee, an old tag from school wen we used to scribble on the tables lol
