I may have found the problem:

"Supported by MTV Dance"

I don't know how MTV is in the UK, but here in the US, IT SUCKS! I remember in the mid-late 80's it was still decent programming, but just when you think they can't get any worse, they do.

We finished in the Top 3 (1 XTRA)last year.

Why dont we have our own UKBass DJ Awards? Ha Ha Ha

Indeed..... its all gonna be a bit predictable though. Probabley becuase the 'vibe'aint right. i dont think various industries can handle a nice community of people. maybe we should be a bit more 'bling' and strutt about largin it.....

K goes off to find a gold chain in Eric B proportions........

Gwann UKBASS - we iz da best thats why they dont want us 2 compete - maybe we was missed off because they are afraid of a good healthy competition Smile

Im not just saying this coz ive been part of ukbass for years now BUT we DO have the best DJs by far - no one can beat that! its becoming BIGGER & BETTER & soon enough everyones going to know about us Smile

Without Gav & all the DJs who play on here, we wouldnt be here at all so i wanna say THANK YOU! you guys are the best.

We dont need a competition to know we are great because we already know that Very Happy

I agree, they suck. MTV Dance is virtually unheard of in the States. I don't think they're objective anyway. This station doesn't need an MTV award or nomination to stay rockin' Very Happy
